Christmas Choir Rehearsals Christmas is quickly approaching. God's family Choir will have the following rehearsals in preparation for our Christmas Eve Candlelight Service on December 24: Tuesday, December 9 (6:30pm), Tuesday December 16 (7:00pm), Tuesday, December 23 (7:00pm). Please come out and join in the praise!

Zion Baptist Mortgage Burning Zion Baptist Church is excited to invite the members of Bethel to their Mortgage Burning Celebrtion! on Friday, december 5th, 2003 at 7pm they will host a musical program at which our beloved Voices of Bethel will be singing. On Sunday, December 7th at 3:30pm, they will have a mortgage burning ceremony, followed by a special worship service at 4pm. Guest speaker will be Rev. Leonard Maxwell. Please come out and celebrate this momentous occasion.

Van Drivrs Needed! The transportation Ministry is in need of additional drivers. If you would be available to drive the van as part of a rotation to transport members to church events, and would be willing to come out for a brief training session, please see Bro. Roy Rhodes or Bro. Louis Sport.

Introducing The Bethel AME Tape Outreach Ministry! We are excited to announce that sermon tapes can be purchased immediately following services. Cost of tapes is $5.00. Please see Sis. Vivian Gaines or Sis. Verdrey Madzimoyo to order tapes.

Please Check Mail Folders! All organization Presidents or Secretaries are requested to check their mail folders weekly for incoming mail. All mail received will be placed there. Please be proactive, and do not wait to be informed that you have mail. Thank you.

Church Van Use: A copy of the Church Van Use Policy has been placed in each organization's mailbox. Organizations are encouraged to review the policy and plan ahead for use of the van. Van request forms must be filled out and placed in the transportation ministry's mailbox. (Forms can be obtained downstairs in the fellowship hall.)

Periodicals Lending Library: Please visit our AME periodicals lending library downstairs in the Fellowship Hall. See Sis Joyner for details

Public Relations Ministry: The Public Relations Ministry is available to assist any ministry of the church wishing to publicize upcoming events. A form has been placed in each ministry's mail slot. Please plan to take advantage of this service to the church.

Transportation Ministry: The transportation ministry is now operational. If you need a ride to church, please call the church office and leave a message in the general mailbox by Friday of each week. Please indicate whether you will be coming for church school.

Bulletin Announcements: Please feel free to submit your organizational announcements so that they can appear in the weekly bulletin. Announcements can be placed in the bulletin if they are submitted to the church office by Tuesday of each week. Announcements may be faxed, emailed, or phoned in.
